The resort exceeded all expectations. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, making our stay memorable. The beachfront villa provided a stunning view and easy access to the beach. The resort's lush landscaping offered privacy and tranquility. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious.

The garden around the hotel is beautiful.

Breakfast was tasteless and the reception required to receive cash in advance for all tours. The reception desk did not have a lot of knowledge about the tours.

Very nice garden, 2 fair swimming pool, fair room, fair food, ugly beach with hotels sewage just litter on the beach side in front of hotel !!!

Enjoyed this clean and magnificent place, welcoming staff and modern rooms. The restaurant here was exceptional which has various types of food, we both ordered hot dishes. It had gates, exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel had a central location and it was steps away from Gm Club Mui Ne. This venue was in a busy area. The view was brilliant, the service was excellent.

Fantastic hotel with excellent service and prime location near the sea side, and a private Beach with umbrella and very comfortable long chair. Plenty of freshly cooked breakfast options:)))

Our stay at Bamboo Village was amazing! The resort is very clean and we enjoyed all the facilities. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and rich. We also enjoyed the dinners in the hotel, as they were super delicious and affordable. The green territory was a refreshing retreat during the hot days. Our room was quiet and spotlessly cleaned. The breakfasts on the beach were outstanding with a wide variety of local and foreign foods. Onsite massage services were very good, highly recommended.

The location is spectacular, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The property serves extensive breakfasts and offers nicely decorated and well-equipped rooms with ice as well as paintings.

I had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and just a few steps away from the pristine beach. The hotel staff were exceptional, always friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and happiness. The room amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable bed to the well-stocked mini-bar. I also enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant and the wide range of options available for breakfast. The spa and wellness center provided the ultimate relaxation experience, with a variety of treatments and a serene atmosphere. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

Clean and magnificent hotel with brilliant view over the gardens and sea. Savoury and tasty breakfast with a great selection of DIFFERENT foods. Magnificent location in the busy area, right by good restaurants, the local clinic and a green. Also, easy to get to a miniature golf course. The venue of choice in Phan Thiet.

Our stay by the beach was an excellent experience. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast buffet while admiring the gorgeous surroundings of the garden and the nearby Sandals restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, paying close attention to detail in our spacious, clean room and bathroom. The spa is a must-try for those looking to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the knowledgeable front desk staff in arranging tours. the location and facilities exceeded our expectations.

It would have been nice if the hotel had fewer requests for feedback and instead allowed guests to naturally express their positive experiences.

I always choose this place for my stay as it has everything I need. The staff even helped me with sim cards on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. I'll be back for Christmas!

The hotel had free Wi-Fi and free breakfast, which was nice. It was conveniently located near the business district, which made attending meetings easy. The lobby was impressive and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

My room was not up to standard. It was outdated and not very clean.
